We are certified!
Did you know a large number of homes don’t get their entire roof inspected?
The majority of roofs are too high, too steep, or deemed generally unsafe for a home inspector to climb on and investigate. Anything beyond a simple one story-roof and you may not be getting your entire roof inspected. Possibly that low-hanging area over the garage but that’s it!
So how are most roofs inspected A lot of times from the ground!
Get the BEST inspection you can.
We are able to capture your entire roof in stunning 4K detail with our drones. Nothing goes unnoticed. To be clear we will climb a roof when we can but when we can’t, our drones gets the job done.
Did you know that most homes are inspected without the use of thermal imaging?
Why is thermal imaging so important? Thermal imaging or having an infrared camera lets your inspector see things you would never be able to see with the naked eye. For example, overloaded lines in your electrical panel, missing insulation, or most importantly, unseen water damage.
Get the BEST inspection you can.
Starting to see a theme here? Our infrared cameras pick up thermal anomalies within walls, ceilings, floors, and other places around the house. For example, water damage within a wall has a different thermal signature than the rest of the wall and will jump right out on screen. Without thermal imaging, that water damage would go unnoticed.
Don’t take chances with the largest investment of your life.
In addition to the rest of your inspection, make sure your home is inspected using thermal imaging and that an FAA certified drone pilot is available if needed.

Project: Inspect a Home
Comments: I interviewed 4 inspection services before I hired Mike. He demonstrated on his phone interview that he was the most prepared, personable, and cared about the specific needs I listed. He didn't just answer the questions to "get another gig" like the other interviews I conducted. When we met him at the property, he thoroughly went through every observation he had and even offered some suggestions for repair/upgrade in the future that were outside the scope of a standard property inspection. His final report was thorough and full of photos explaining the observations. I also liked that I was hiring a veteran-owned business - without our servicemen and women, we would not have the freedoms we all enjoy in the USA today. Hire Mike, you won't be disappointed.

Project: Inspect a Home
Comments: Mike was available and scheduled the timing of the inspection when it was convenient for us both. He looked into everything in the home and went over all of the details he would put in the report. Mike is a trustworthy kind person, I enjoyed working with him. He has a great knowledge base and many tools to help him diagnose things that are unseen. I recommend him.
